I have another Wonderful Winterland sample–this time inspired by a pin on Pinterest.
Yes….I AM a day early! (Remember I promised last week? No? That's ok; I did.)
Ok, so I completely loved this pin. The colors are gorgeous! Beautiful fall wedding, right? Definitely thinking elegance.
Well, do you remember Wonderful Winterland at all? Elegance wouldn't describe it. I don't know how my mind went here!
That's the cool thing about inspiration! We're all inspired differently, by different things, with different results.
So here it is! I just think these kids are adorable. And I love bright-colored snowsuits (real life).
The colors I chose to mimic the pin were Pumpkin Pie, Melon Mambo and Cherry Cobbler.
You know I'm not big on coloring, but it was worth it to do a little on this one.
Don't you love all the little extras?
I added the Cherry Cobbler Sweater Trim (pg 11, Holiday Mini.)
I also used our Merry Minis stamp set and coordinating Punch Pack (pg 6, Holiday Mini), 2 1/2" Circle and Pennant Builder punches.
And don't you love those huge Brushed Bronze Buttons? They make me happy.
So I've shown you MY take on the inspiration….What direction would YOU have taken?
I have an idea for you….
Take this pin or the card itself and design a card of your own! Then upload it and pin it to my Be My PIN Guest Board!
You have just over one more week to enter my contest….Once you're there,
don't forget to repin projects to one of your own boards to vote on your favorites!
Remember, if you can fall in love with a project, you can learn to create it! Here to help you channel your inner Creative Genius….
Have a great day!
Steph
