Before I go on, I REALIZE Memorial Day is for remembering those who have served our country and have passed. But I want to thank those of you who have served. PERIOD. Or those of you who have supported your family members who have served. I appreciate your service.

Are YOU a jammy/preserves kind of person? I much prefer the ease of making freezer jam–specifically for strawberry and peach. BUT–I much prefer blueberry as a cooked jam. I keep some of that on hand for one our favorite special breakfast items. It’s def a fave of Liz’s, too. I make it when she’s home and mail it to her when it’s cooler and I wanna send some love.
Here’s the recipe I use for Blueberry Cream Cheese Rolls. (I use the blueberry jam recipe from the Ball Canning Guide.):
