Happy Monday!!
I had such a fun, busy weekend! My sister and niece were in town from San Antonio, and we all surprised my dad with an 80th birthday party! (He actually turned 80 in March, but we knew my sister was coming this month.)
We also squeezed in meeting for lunch, a girls’ night with all my nieces and sisters (Liz couldn’t come) and met Tyler for breakfast, because he couldn’t make the party. I loved it all!
Last minute, we decided we wanted a big card for everyone to sign, so Dad had something to remember the party by. This is what I came up with:
I was pretty happy with my idea!! I originally thought I was gonna use a single sheet of cardstock and fold it in half. But what I ended up doing was using 2 sheets of cardstock and making a book binder with DSP. (Sorry, it’s retired.) I scored a 2″ strip in half for both the inside and out and attached it with Tear & Tape. I wanted it to be as durable as possible. Did you notice the “scrap metal” in the back of the truck? A detail perfect for my dad. 🙂
Besides the DSP, everything else is current! Click any product pic to order! Here’s the list:
