I think your fabric is "Naturally Electic" because it has some of colors that you like blues and the color that resemble Rich Razzleberry that you have always enjoyed.
My favorite is "A Whole lot of lovely".
I'm terrible at guessing, but taking a wild stab at it, I'd say your favorite is Coffee Break. When I saw the Birthday Memories, I thought that might be it because you had mentioned how you didn't like the set when you first saw it, and then saw what they were doing and loved it. But I know you like pattern, and there's lots of it in the Coffee Break that would go well with ALL kinds of stamp sets! And being the flower lover that I am, my favorite is the Delightful Daisy paper! :0)

I'm going to guess your favorite is Naturally Electric. My fav is Birthday Memories. (I had written my "Stephanie" guess down before reading the other comments – too funny – hope we are correct!)
I think yours is "Naturally Eclectic" because of the many different projects you can create with the pages. My favorite is the "Delightful Daisy" because I love flowers.
It was a guess of two – I'm going with your favorite being Naturally Eclectic (second guess was Coffee Break). I have my eye on the Bundle of Love!
I also have to agree with the majority above, that your favorite may be "Naturally Electric" because of the colors and patterns. As for me, if you know me at all, my favorite would, of course, be Coffee Break! LOVE COFFEE
