Making an Impact· Project Pics

22 Jan

Getting ready for our Build a Bouquet "class" tonight.

Build a Bouquet Project Kit, www.dazzledbystamping.com

It's a little different than I had even imagined, because now the bouquet will be for Nancy's funeral, rather than her hospital room.

She passed away very early yesterday morning.

As Christians, we can take comfort in the fact that she is in a far better place.

A friend of mine shared this verse with me, Philippians 1:21 "For to live is Christ and to die is gain."

As a frail human being, I can say tonight will be kinda hard.

I'm a rather emotional person anyway.

But it will be good for all of us to be together–grieving, sharing, crafting and healing.

I'll try to remember to take a picture of our finished project.

For today, here's another Lotus Blossom masterpiece.

I love using white craft pad as the first/base step of the 2/3-step blossom.

Beautiful.
