The colors in God's creation are SO amazing! I cannot even come close to recreating them.
But I enjoy mimicking them.
These birds are so gorgeous! I especially love seeing them in moments like this picture captured–in the middle of a white winter day.
Obviously, if you mimic the whole picture (even beyond the cropped area), there would be a lot more white.
But I'm just going with what I see–which is:
Sahara Sand, Basic Gray, Basic Black, Real Red, Bravo Burgundy (oh–plus white)
And here are my visions put onto a card.
There's clear embossing on all but Sahara Sand and white embossing on the Sahara.
I used Postage Due and Sweet Essentials, Basic Black Taffeta (this is just so sharp!), Postage Stamp punch, Dimensionals, Brights brads, and Stripes embossing folder.
I wanted the ribbon to just be on the side of the card, so I used my Stampin' Trimmer to make a slit through the Basic Gray to the inside.
Saves ribbon and makes a cute addition!
Hope you're having fun pinning and finding pinspiration for your own projects!
