I have another Stampers Club to tell you about today–and share their swaps, too.
Two of these ladies have been stamping with me since the BEGINNING. Neither of them could make it to the workshop my sister, Teresa's, had with me in my first month.
But they were at the one the next month that everyone talked Karen A. into hostessing.
They all worked with my sister, and their work group (Endoscopy department) became my first "unofficial" club….
We met every month at someone's home–they all took turns–had dinner together and learned to stamp together. This went on at least a couple years!
(We even all traveled down to Lansing for a workshop when someone in the group moved away! I still envy her kitchen drawers.)
Well, now it's an "official" club, but there are only 2 original "endo" girls left. And sometimes I think Diane F. and Elaine have surpassed my stamping ability!
Their cards are always beautiful!
Anyway, here are their swaps. (I joked that Kelly brought us cookies–she was the hostess; Linda brought us chocolate, and Lynn brought us cupcakes!)
Linda Heusinkveld's was beautiful and yummy!
I'm not certain what all on here was Stampin' Up! stuff, but I can tell you the "thank you" she used is from one of my favorite sets ever.
Wonderful Words?? I miss it!
Here are Lynn VanderLugt's cupcakes.
I love all the punches she used: Cupcake Builder (of course!), Boho Blossoms, Scallop Edge Border, Scallop Trim Border and maybe the 1 3/8" Circle?
Too fun! Oh, the set is Create a Cupcake.
I don't know if you can tell by the picture or not, but it's a front door–complete with the (beveled?) framing on each panel, done by scoring her cs.
I'm just sure there would be warm, yummy goodness inside that front door!
I love the technique. I believe it's called faux tile. I think it's a little time consuming, but it's so sharp!!
Can you tell she sponged the "panes" and embossed them with clear powder?
I think this is retired stuff, too, so I don't have names for you.
And I hope Diane doesn't mind, but I snapped the inside of the card, too. She said she made a mistake, so she made it look nice and pretty inside, too.
There are so many ways to cover your mistakes. This is a great one! Love the Top Note die.
Hope you're enjoying my clubs' swaps!!
I'll be back later today–or possibly tomorrow with my Pinspiration for the week!
Thanks for checking in!
(By the way, today is the last day to have your online order count toward a donation to the American Red Cross.)
Remember,
if you can fall in love with a project, you can learn to
create it! Here to help you channel your inner Creative
Genius….
Have a great day!

Aw, we miss you, too! It's been so LONG!! I still remember when you were still able to come to the club and watching Little Eddie fall asleep–facing us–at the table on your lap. Love that boy!!
