Happy weekend peeps!!

I never got my post ready for yesterday, so I thought I’d do some combined sharing today!

First, here’s the original adorable card that I CASE’d my fun fold card from. I guess she left more room for writing. I took up almost all the space!!! haha! Just love her card.

New Magnetic Ink Pads Coming:

And here’s some info and a video regarding the new magnetic ink pads that are launching with the new 2026-2028 In Colors. A full switchover will not occur until 2027.

A Quick Summary

Beginning in May 2026, we’ll introduce new felt ink pads in a magnetic, stackable case design. (Steph’s note: felt is DIFFERENT than the FABRIC pads that we previously had/different from StazOn and originally designed Memento pads.)

  • In 2026, only our new In Colors will be offered in the new magnetic felt pads.
  • In 2027, all ink colors will transition to the new magnetic felt pad as part of a planned color revamp, and the current pad style will be phased out. (For additional details, see the Q&A.)

Importantly, existing ink pads will remain usable throughout this transition—there is no immediate need to replace what you already own. Please be aware, however, that once the transition takes place, the old ink pad design will only be available while supplies last.

Why We’re Making This Change

Our current firm foam pads have served us well for many years and have delivered great results. At the same time, as we continue to evaluate long-term performance, we’ve found that felt is a more stable material for dye-based inks over time. Working with our manufacturing partner, this new design allows us to offer what we believe will be the best overall ink pad experience on the market, with benefits such as:

  • a more consistent and reliable inking experience over time.
  • reduced risk of challenges such as leaking or color changes as pads age.
  • a magnetic case that’s easier to open and close and is designed to stack neatly.

I’m excited I’ll get to see them next week at OnStage! If you have more questions not answered here, feel free to contact me. I’ll help you however I can!

Have a wonderful weekend!!
