I’m here with a different kind of post today. It’s cooking day for my Hostess Appreciation Party! Todd takes the day off every year to be my right hand man! I’m so thankful for that man!!
I mentioned on my Live! that earlier in the week I made Todd some mushroom soup I’ve had in mind for a long time! And he’s a fan!! So I thought I’d share it with you!
I don’t have a good pic of it. I’m practical and not fancy when it comes to food. But here’s how it started:
If you’re a mushroom lover, I’m guessing this looks pretty good!! And obviously, you don’t have to use the freshest mushrooms! Oh and by the way, I’ll freely admit that I did NOT taste test this! I made Todd decide if the soup needed more salt, pepper or longer time at the end. Click the recipe below to print the pdf. And let me know if you make it!!
