Treat box:

 

MEASUREMENTS:

 

box bottom: 4" x 4 1/4"; scored at 1" on all 4 sides

DSP wrap: 2 1/4" x 6 3/4"; scored at 2 1/16", 3 1/8", 5 3/16", 6 1/4"

(The scoring is particular. You can either use the measurements above OR wrap it and crease as you go OR keep in mind you have (2) 2" sides and (2) 1" sides….You need 1/16"–1 of the tiniest little lines–more than the side size to fit the wrap properly. So I personally made a line at 2 1/16", then moved that line over 1"+ and scored, then moved that line over and scored 2"+, then finished with 1"+ score.)

I made the gift card holder a simple fun fold card instead.

 

All the dimensions are the same as the gift card holder–except the [DSP #2] is 2 1/2" x 3 3/4".
