Happy NON-Live! Day!!

 

If you didn't remember, we just started a kitchen/bathroom remodel, and I took the day off.

 

Here's the glamping station I set up for our survival. 😉

 

Todd and his dad built pantry shelves in our basement not long after we bought this house (28 years ago!!).

 

I cleared off some of the shelves to bring some stuff down from the kitchen and set up one of my craft tables and a card table for workspace.

 

We have 2 freezers and a big fridge downstairs; the other fridge went out in the garage.

 

We've been eating leftovers and out of the freezer, but I also realized I can cook some things in my electric skillet, too.

 

The original plan was to go to Tyler's to cook once a week, but I can do a lot more than I realized; and I planned ahead in the freezer. 🙂

 

Not doing too badly so far, but I've not had to wash dishes yet without the kitchen sink.

Fortunately, we're using mostly paper/plastic.

I don't think I'll be sharing more pics until it's done.

I prefer the before and after, but decided to share the bare bones since they cleaned up pretty well after themselves.
