Happy Friday!!

I'm a little bit excited for this weekend.

We don't have huge plans, but we have a date for the start of our kitchen remodel–March 1.

So next weekend, we'll be completely emptying the kitchen.

That means this weekend and next week will be our last with a stove for several weeks; it will be strange.

So we're gonna do some cooking and/or baking this weekend.

It was Todd's idea, but he doesn't have specifics in mind.
