I'm running behind again with my posting…
and stamping…
and cleaning my stamping area…
and my thank yous….
Ah!!
Last week was supposed to be a catch-up week, and it went all sorts of ways!
The most exciting thing–and it was planned, except for an extra helping day of cleaning–is Tyler bought his first house and moved in!
I'm so happy for him!
And I'm completely envious of his kitchen!
Huge drawers I would die for and LOTS of counter space!
On the right, you can only see part of an extra wide counter with bar stools on the other side.
Very cool.
He and his roommate had a lot of help on moving day, so the work went fast.
ANOTHER exciting thing I did was went strawberry picking and made a few new [on plan–I'll have to explain later] recipes–including a cheesecake with strawberries and chocolate, strawberry cheesecake shakes, strawberry muffins, mini strawberry shortcakes, and strawberry gummies!
I realized I never took any pics of the recipes. :/
Not my thing; I forget pics.
I only thought of taking this one, cuz I wanted to show Todd the berries were "on board."
I went without him early one morning.
Some of these recipes can be made with frozen strawberries (so yes, I "processed" some of them); but some just need them FRESH, so I needed to do those now!
Some are for snacks for the week, and some were shared with Tyler's moving crew.
As I mentioned, I'll have to explain a little bit about "on plan" but not today.
I saw Marlene asked for the Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake Shake recipe (on my Live! comments).
I WILL share that.
It's my FAVE.
But I need to give more info than just the recipe.
So–another day.
Now I'm off to prep my Live! closeups for later this morning.
