I Scream, You Scream.... - Dazzled By Stamping

We ALL scream for ice cream!!

Is it just me? Or did we all hear that saying?

That made me think of my childhood.

And a vivid memory comes to mind….

There was an ice cream shoppe my family & I always used to go to when I was young.

Old school–had the white metal tables with the white curly metal backs and red cushions on them inside, along with those old fashioned 6" long candy sticks (no idea what they were called, but they had LOTS of flavors and kept each flavor in a glass jar. They were probably 5 or 10 cents each.)

Well, they also had oodles of flavors of ice cream.

My sister, Teresa, ALWAYS got chocolate.

I remember going between orange sherbet and bubblegum flavor.

One specific time, I remember getting my orange sherbet ice cream on my sugar cone (not sure that's what they're called. They're sort of mini waffle-type cones.)

I took one lick and the whole big scoop plopped on the floor!

I may have cried. I'm not sure.

Thankfully, the owners gave me another one.

But clearly, it was traumatic.

I still remember it!

This swap totally makes me think of my lost ice cream!

But I only had one scoop. 😉
