I'm back again!
Here's another swap I made for one of my groups:
I had to use SAB products for this swap and fell in love with the Berry Blessings set and Berry Delightful DSP.
You can choose this "bundle" FREE with a $100 order.
The DSP pack says Pacific Point is the blue in the paper, but I liked Misty Moonlight for the blueberries themselves.
They're a fave to u-pick in the summer!
Blue Crop to be exact!
Yes, there are different varieties of blueberries–just like apples! (and peaches…and strawberries–though I don't know those varieties)
I learned that several years ago when I tried Blue Crop at the Farmers Market downtown.
Haha. After I learned that, one time I was trying to save time and effort and was looking for one-last-picking of Blue Crop at the end of it's season at the Farmers Market, rather than going to pick them myself.
So I asked at one of the stands "what variety are these?"
A sweet little old lady next to me [not the vendor] said, "Those are blueberries."
Ha! Bless her heart!
Turns out I was out of luck anyway.
