18th Annual Hostess Appreciation Party

 

It's in the books!

 

Thanks for your patience with me on my blog.

I had to let it go to cram!!

 

And then I still needed lots of help!

 

Thank you to My Best Love of all time for all his help!!

Like usual,

1) He took off the day Friday to help me prep. And he's my he-man and photographer on Saturday.

2) He made Apple Betty by himself (and the fruit salad too.)

3) Betty was the first thing gone! 🙂

 

 

Thank you, Nadine, for showing up early when I texted you (and had already planned to be here early anyway.)

 

And thank you to everyone who showed up early on mistake that I put to work!!

 

I hate doing that, but I was in the weeds!

 

 

It was a fun day of spoiling my hostesses–AND my team.

 

I call it my Hostess Appreciation Party, but I want to thank my Dazzling Demos, too!

One last thing to share for the moment…..

As you know, I earned the incentive trip to Maui planned for this summer.

THANK YOU for helping me get there!!

 

But Todd and I decided we're not going.

 

Some of you know we've been dealing with his dad's health since the week after we returned from the Greece trip.

 

He's doing much better, but the whole ordeal took a lot out of him.

Todd & I prayed about it and needed to decide before the final registration on January 15.

 

We didn't have a peace about leaving him for that long and being that far away.

 

But we DO have a peace about staying back this time.

And deciding by the deadline allowed me to "cash out" on the trip.

I still get pillow gifts too, but they'll all be sent to me after the trip.

 

I just wanted to give you an update.

So–sorry. No blog this time either. 😉

 

We'll probably take a shorter, closer trip sometime but have barely discussed any options.
