We always need gift card holder ideas this time of year!!
And when I found this idea somewhere on Pinterest, I knew it was for me!
We made these at my Christmas Stamp Camp, and I loved them so much that I wanted to share them again!
Here's a closeup of what I made:
Here's one of the examples from my Camp:
And here's a little help:
Keep in mind, the cutting/scoring for DSP (Designer Series Paper) is different whether you're using 12×12 or 6×6.
Both are doable! But if there's any matchable pattern or an up/down on the design, you need to pay attention and do it the way described on video.
DIMENSIONS
Base/Whisper White: 4" x 11"; scored at 4", 5 1/2", 7"
DSP/outside: (2) 4" x 4 3/4"; score at 3/4" at the top–or wherever it makes sense for the "cuff" to be flipped and right side up. (One of the designs I used had deer or Christmas trees on it; I didn't want them upside down.)
DSP/inside: for 12×12: 4" x 2"; score at 1/2" for 6×6, you'll use scraps at the bottom of the 4" x 4 3/4" pieces; one is as is…4" x 1 1/4"; the other is cut to 4" x 1/2"
