Happy birthday to My Love

 

Hey all–happy new week!

 

This weekend was Todd's birthday.

We hung out together and had a simple celebration with our kids.

And here's the card I made him:

 

This Lemon Zest set is so fun!

 

I used the Rock & Roll technique to get my limes inked.

1. Ink the stamp in Lemon Lime Twist (a light color).
2. Hold the stamp at an angle on Emerald Envy (a darker color) and tip it around in a circle just on the edge of the stamp.
3. If continuing with another lime as I have here, either clean the stamp before inking up in the light color again or rub a lot of the ink off first.

 

 

By the way the 1 3/4" circle punch fits the lime slice perfectly.
