My girl is home! Yay!!

I'm very proud of her for following her dreams, but also here's what I said about her on Facebook yesterday:

NAILED IT.
She's home from college for the summer but not before having to pack up her dorm room. She had 98% of her room packed up n in a rolling bin ready at the curb by the time we arrived Friday night. She was extremely stressed n exhausted. (It WAS finals week n had tons of projects due the week before too!) But she was ready. Didn't realize quite how proud I should be til we went back Saturday morning for a final check with the RA n walked past another room….with an EMPTY bin in front of the door, a room full of family…AND STUFF. Family (dad specifically) looked hopeless trying to figure out what to PACK IN BOXES!!! Student was happily chatting n clueless–and not lifting a finger. I LOVE my kids!! But Liz, you ROCKED IT this week!! Happy summer!!
