Thought I'd share these cards I made a couple months ago with a little help from some online pics and my unofficially adopted son, Nate.
I told him I needed his input for my nephew's card–which I did.
But I decided while I was at it, I'd make Nate's card, too–oh! and for one of my girls in Sunday School!
Nate thought I was sneaky. ๐
Ta da!!
This first one is a Night of Navy card base with Vellum Cardstock brushed with a Whisper White craft pad. I also used out Ovals Framelits that retired–and OF COURSE Paper Snips to actually cut that bat! There are 2 layers of vellum for the actual oval. I partially cut the oval framelit at an angle and used my Stampin' Trimmer to finish off the beam of light.
This is Basic Gray on Whisper White, along with Crushed Curry and Basic Black.
I also used our Oval Framelits for this, but they weren't quite as skinny of an oval as the pic I was looking at. So I trimmed it down with Paper Snips.
Have a great day in Gotham City! ๐
