Yes, I adore my children, Tyler & Elizabeth!
But "my kids" I'm talking about today are from my Sunday School class.
This class is completely made up of children from the neighborhood of my church.
We had our Sunday School Program this week, and they were all able to be there and participate.
It was a full–often chaotic–day, and I was exhausted by the time we got home.
But I was so thankful "my kids" were there. (There had been some question as to whether they'd make it or not.)
They were so nervous and shy, but we were so glad they were there–along with their moms and grandma.
Yes, I'm slow on getting them out (you probably know that about me already. Sorry!), but I'm sending them each a card thanking them for participating.
One of the cards is actually a couple [older] samples I repurposed. I think Jonathon will love this one.
Love "my kids". Praying for their salvation and always praying for the right words at the right time–whether to the kids or their family.
Have a great weekend!
