I'm a COLOR Girl!· Project Pics

30 Dec

I've STILL not been back on Pinterest yet, but this pin is still on my mind.

www.dazzledbystamping.com, #pinspiration

I've not done tons of stamping on our vacation–something else always takes its place!

Plus, sleep kinda replaced stamping for awhile since I had wisdom teeth pulled.

But I just couldn't let this one go!

I love BOLD, and I LOVE COLOR!!

So, I'm going with Lucky Limeade, with the obvious black and white.

AND I have 2 offerings for you….

a little old, and a little new on both:

Word Play, www.dazzledbystamping.com, #pinspirationold: The stamp set is Word Play.

But I have to remind you that you have through January 2 to order this stamp–or several other stamps–AS A SINGLE STAMP. (click purple link for details)

new: How do you like the Large Rhinestone Basic Jewel? (pg 8, Spring Mini)

Large Rhinestone Basic Jewel, www.dazzledbystamping.com, #pinspiration

They definitely make a BIG impression! *Ü*

Also used the smallest of Basic Rhinestone Jewels, Elegant Butterfly punch, Neutrals DSP Stack, Essentials Paper Piercing Template, White Gel Pen, Adorning Accents Embossing Folders, Dimensionals & Sticky Strip.

When I made my next sample, I realized that in the original pin, the background seemed more black with white accents, rather than white with black.

So I tried to do the same:

Betsy's Blossoms, www.dazzledbystamping.com, #pinspiration

old: The ever-popular, love-it-to-pieces Betsy's Blossoms.

new: Soda Pop Tops (definitely need extra postage on THIS one!) and A Little Greeting!!

(sorry no images to click….new Spring mini, pgs 24 & 25, starting January 3!!)

Soda Pop Top & A Little Greeting, www.dazzledbystamping.com, #pinspiration

I just love this tiny little stamp!

Just want to clarify….In the catalog, the "hi" is surrounded by a dotted line….I originally thought that meant a punch was that shape.

However, those dots are actually part of the stamp (as you can see here.)

Also used 1" Circle Punch, Dimensionals, VersaMark, White Emossing Powder & Heat Tool, Certainly Celery 3/8" Taffeta Ribbon, Adorning Accents Embossing Folders, Dimensionals & Sticky Strip.

So were YOU pin-spired to use these colors to create a design of your own? Make sure you share it with us!

2 last things….

  1. You have through Monday (midnight) to take advantage of my online special. (I usually only mention these in my newsletters….So if you've missed this until now, make sure you sign up for my free newsletter on the left OR using the link at the bottom.) Great job! I love the second one but I'm a sucker for Betsy's blossoms. I hope you are feeling okay after having your wisdom teeth out. That knocked me out for almost a week.
