The Cute Lil Reader - Dazzled By Stamping

Hey there!

I’m back with a couple more samples from my Dazzling Card Club. I LOVE this lil reader ladybug. She’s so cute!! So I did something different with this one. I placed her in a scene of DSP. Here’s the sheet I used:

First I stamped her on the DSP itself; then I stamped her on white cardstock and colored her so the colors stood out more than if I just colored directly on the DSP. I fussy cut her but didn’t have to worry about her antenna or legs, because I already stamped them on the DSP. This one looks like a lovely, quiet summer afternoon. 🙂 Oh–and can you see the tiny clear epoxy shapes I added to the centers of some of the larger flowers?

THIS scene makes me think of Liz. She could be in a group of people playing games or whatever, and she could just be reading–peacefully in her own little world.
