It’s the weekend!! Happy Friday!!
I have one more set of mushroom cards to share! I mentioned on my Live! that I made Rachel’s daughter, Nai, a birthday card. My inspiration was a (clay?) mushroom she showed me she’d painted. I actually really like how it turned out! I fussy cut the underside of the mushroom and the stem. Can you see the clear embossing I did, too? It definitely takes more time, but I LOVE the look of clear embossing on colored cs. Oh!! AND I carefully inked up the stamp to omit the word “hi”, so it went with the saying inside.

I also made a card for Liz’s roommate. I thought she’d like this mushroom idea, too! I obviously followed the same thought but decided to play a little more.

Liz probably would have liked these mushrooms, too, but I had my purple dinosaur in mind for her. But I changed the design a bit and wanted to actually make it look like stones around the window. It took a lot of Flat Adhesive-Backed Pearls!! I JUST realized I COULD have colored them with my Gray Granite Stampin’ Blends!! Too bad I didn’t think of that sooner!

I hope the girls liked their birthday cards! I had fun making them!!
Have a fabulous weekend!!
